This means we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will gladly take care of the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost. To help us resolve this quickly, please include the following information:

- A photo of the item showing the damage or issue
- Your order number
