Please note that we operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Since all of our products are made-to-order, our production partners typically need 2-3 business days to prepare your item before it’s ready to ship.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

We’ll provide you with tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Delays and Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in these rare cases.
